How it Works

Flexibility is the key. We can schedule a single session or a series of weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your first hour is without a fee, which allows us to see if we are a good fit for each other. If after the first hour you don’t wish to continue, there is no obligation.

Ad Hoc Sessions

We can schedule individual sessions on an as-needed basis. I generally recommend limiting each session to two hours or less. After that point benefit diminishes. Simply call or email to set up a time.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Sessions

If you are working through a process, regular check-ins can be enormously helpful. It provides an ongoing stream of information, a forum to discuss challenges, and a degree of accountability. While it is helpful to have a regular schedule, the frequency and duration should be match your own personal needs.

Presentations & Classes

If you would like to organize a presentation on a particular subject for a group, let’s have a conversation about the needs of the group, how many, and where would be appropriate (we can even do telephone or web conferencing). On occasion, I’ll also offer a whole foods cooking class.

In Person or by Phone/Internet

For those in the Cape Cod region I am happy to meet in person. We can meet at your location, or I have meeting space in Hyannis and Orleans. For in-person meetings beyond Cape Cod I’ll need to charge appropriate travel time and expense costs.

Telephone and Internet meetings can be just as effective. In some cases, I find telephone to be more effective than in-person meetings as it focuses the attention on the conversation and not on other personal distractions. It can also act as an equalizer, putting the coach and client on a more even level.

Rates

Like most coaches and consultants, I work on an hourly basis. Long-term commitments are not required but there is a discount for recurring sessions. Presentations and classes have their own rates depending on the location, number of attendees and the preparation required. Contact me for more information.
